I updated my Countable plugin and it doesn't work anymore what do I do?
Sometimes when deleting previous versions of the contactable WordPress plugin also deltes you API key, please navigate to the Plugin and check that your API key is entered and saved correctly.
My contact form says "invalid UUID" when I look at my website?
This can happen if you API key is not entered correctly please make you way to your contactable WordPress plugin and check that your API key is entered and saved correctly.
Do I need to provide credit card information for the free trial?
No, you do not need to enter any credit card or payment details to start your free trial with Contactable. Will I be charged extra if I have numerous leads or lead sources?

I can't find my API key where is it?
If you no longer know where your API key is don’t worry you can get it from your contactable app in two ways.
Method 1: in your Contactable application go to settings > setup > Copy API Key. you will now have you API Key in your clipboard.
Method 2: in your Contactable application go to settings > setup > Setup Another Website > enter a website address without contactable > chose either Yes, email instructions to me and your API key will be sent to your contactable account email adress in th setup email OR enter another email address and press submit to recieve the setup instructions and API key to that email address.
The price has changed does this affect me?
All paid contactble users that have uninterupted membership do not change in price, however if you stopped using contactable and have returned you may have to chose a plan and price different to your prvious one.
What is the policy for canceling my subscription?
At Contactable, we believe in providing flexibility to our users. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you can do so at any time without incurring any penalties or fees. Simply access the cancellation option directly from the Contactable app or website. Upon cancellation, your subscription will end immediately, but you will still retain full access to your account until the end of the paid-up period, ensuring uninterrupted service until the completion of your current billing cycle.
Is my data stored in Contactable secure and protected?
