Setup Contactable

Step 1

To start receiving leads from your website, you first need to install the Contactable Mobile App on your mobile phone.

Download and install the iOS Mobile App or the Android Mobile App on your mobile phone.

Or search for “Contactable” in your App Store then download and install the Contactable Mobile App on your mobile phone.

Step 2

Open the Contactable Mobile App and create a Contactable account.

Step 3

A verification email will be sent to your email address. Click the verification link in the email to confirm your account.

Step 4

You will receive a Welcome email that contains your API Key.

Step 5

Click here to download the Contactable WP Plugin. The plugin integrates with all the popular contact form plugins. Upload the Contactable WP Plugin to your WordPress site using the steps below.

Step 6

Upload the Contactable WP Plugin to your WordPress site. Make sure to choose the Contactable WP Plugin that you just downloaded and ensure the file is still a .zip

Step 7

Install the Contactable WP Plugin to your WordPress site.

Step 8

Activate the Contactable WordPress plugin.

Step 9

Enter your API Key under Contactable and click Save.

Step 10

All currently installed WordPress contact forms will be automatically detected.

Step 11

If you are not currently using any contact forms, you can also use a shortcode to display a basic contact form. This can be found in the plugin settings page.

Step 12

Note that you can add many different forms to one website or even many forms to multiple websites. There are no limits to how many forms you can use.

Step 13

Any messages sent via your contact forms will be instantly received by the Contactable Mobile App so your can immediately follow up on any leads.
